Stimulates the absorption of iron and formation of red blood cells. Treats leg cramps, anxiety and insomnia. Garnet revitalises, purifies and balances energy, bringing serenity or passion as appropriate. Inspires love and devotion. Garnet balances the sex drive and alleviates emotional disharmony. It activates and strengthens the survival instinct, bringing courage and hope. Lava Rock is known for being a grounding stone, one that can balance the emotions and bring about calmness and strength.
