Sunstone is said to be a stone of leadership, encouraging the wearer to be open, benevolent and willing to bestow blessings upon others. Also known as a stone of joy, sunstone is believed to inspire good nature and an enjoyment of life. Sunstone is predominantly associated with the Base and Sacral Chakras. Turquoise aids in the absorption of nutrients, enhances the immune system, stimulates the regeneration of tissue, and heals the whole body. It contains anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effects, and alleviates cramps and pain. Ascended Master Quan Yin is a Master on the Third Ray, the pink ray of unconditional love. She is also known as the goddess of Compassion and the Bodhisattva of Mercy. Instead of using force, Quan Yin encourages us to flow with the natural timing of life. Her mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” is said to translate to “The Jewel in the Lotus,” and she is commonly seen sitting in the center of a lotus. The lotus is symbolic of the life path we all go through.
